Kia ora! I’m delighted to have joined the team at Noosa Physio as an Exercise Physiologist. I have been passionate about health and wellbeing since becoming a Les Mills Aerobic Instructor in the 1990s. My clinical interests include strength and conditioning, women’s health, balance and falls prevention, and healthy aging. Prior to joining Noosa Physio, I worked with clinics specialising in bone density programs, neurological rehabilitation, mental health, and diabetes exercise programs.

Out of the clinic, I have always enjoyed strength training, yoga, as well as running, swimming and cycling (very occasionally on the same day).

I enjoy getting to know each of my clients and working together to find the safest forms of exercise that are effective, relate to everyday life, and most of all, enjoyable. I look forward to meeting you and beginning your journey towards becoming a healthier you!
