Claire is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in engineering, education, and soft tissue therapy. After completing an MSc in Engineering in the UK, she transitioned to teaching high school physics and mathematics for eight years while raising two children.

A lifelong interest in the human body and personal experiences with injuries led Claire to explore ways to support her well-being through massage and strength exercises, which have enabled her to enjoy a wide variety of activities from roller skating to netball.

Following this period, she pursued a diploma in soft tissue therapy, gaining experience by providing treatment for a local rugby team during training sessions.

In December 2022, Claire and her family relocated to the Sunshine Coast, where she continued her education by earning a diploma in remedial massage in April 2024. Now deeply immersed in the Sunshine Coast community, she enjoys the coastal lifestyle and is actively learning to surf, with some promising progress.
