Caroline completed a Physiotherapy degree in Germany in 2000 and worked in private practice until she immigrated to Australia in 2002.
In 2003 she completed a Master degree in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne.
She has been working in private practice on the Sunshine Coast since 2004.
After having had two daughters she developed an interest in Women’s Health and helps women get through physically challenging pregnancies, get back into shape postnatally. Caroline also helps women of any age with mild Women’s Health issues.
Since 2015 Caroline has provided treatment for patients with or without Lymphoedema undergoing or following cancer treatment. With her musculoskeletal background she can alsohelp manage complications such as scaring, cording or shoulder mobility issues following surgery.
Caroline runs Strength ABC classes or individual sessions – a safe, researched based strength training program for women after breast cancer. This program is safe and suitable for woman at any age.
She provides a range of management options individually suited for anyone with
Lymphoedema.
As a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist Caroline is experienced in helping patients improve and heal acute or chronic back and neck issues. She has a hands-on treatment approach as well as using exercise prescription and advice on lifestyle or workplace modifications to optimise your wellbeing.
