Kate is a manipulative physiotherapist from Christchurch, New Zealand and is very happy to be part of such an experienced and friendly team at NPC. She brings with her more than 20 years of experience having worked in private practice in New Zealand and Australia.
Her particular expertise is in the treatment and rehabilitation of the knee, having spent 6 years working in Sydney along side Jenny McConnell who pioneered the McConnell Program for the treatment of patellofemoral syndrome (Runners Knee). During this time in Sydney, Kate gained her Master of Health Science (Manipulative Physiotherapy).
Kate has extensive experience in the management and rehabilitation of patellofemoral instability, ligament injury and all post operative rehabilitation. She also has extensive knowledge and experience in the management of all running injuries and loves to look after those troublesome backs and necks that have been hanging around for days, weeks or years. Kate looks forward to sharing her knowledge and skills to help you out, whatever the problem.
